兔年~~Erin’s Famous Cookies

光阴似箭,农历新年也已过去了。可是我还没将兔年所烘焙的第二个曲奇记录在这儿,乘着今天没上班(因为这一所学校不够课室让我们教汉语拼音),连忙抽出宝贵的时间将我的第二主角‘呈现’出来!

阳历一月二十九日的早上忙完杏仁饼后,提起精神,再接再厉开始烘焙第二个曲奇! 我命名为Erin’s famous cookies :p 正因为亲朋好友吃后都说好吃,我自己也爱吃。

虽然所用的材料很简单,可是却很好吃。这叫简单美吧?好啦,我也不啰嗦了,这一次我将曲奇的食谱记录在这儿,只因为每一次的食谱都可以参考Emily的部落格,所以我也省了很多功夫,可是这一次是从另外一个朋友那儿得到的食谱,所以唯有自己做功课了!:p

Ingredients
560g all purpose flour
9g baking soda
455g butter, softened
330g packed brown sugar
100g white sugar
4 eggs
10ml vanilla extract
670g semisweet chocolate chips (非常喜欢巧克力的朋友,可以多加一点)

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 174 degrees C. Stir together the flour and baking soda,set aside.

2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar.Beat in until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finakly, stir in the chocolate chips. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookies sheets. (如果喜好小型的曲奇,分量可以放少一点,烘出来的曲奇的形状娇小、较斯文)

3. Bake for 10 to 12 min in the preheated oven. Edges shoud be golden brown.
